1. Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Immediate Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription immediately after purchase, you will still have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for early cancellations.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees. However, if you believe there has been an error in billing or if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the app's features, please contact our support team at contact@eduexplore.in within 7 days of the charge.
- Pro-Rated Refunds: In rare cases where a refund is approved, Star Kid may issue a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. This will be determined at our sole discretion.
- Ineligibility for Refunds: No refunds will be issued for subscriptions that have been used or partially used, and refunds will not be provided if you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
